Who is responsible for the set up and clean up?

Do you have to use a preferred list of vendors?
What if any restrictions are there for the venue?
Can you bring your own alcohol?
What are the requirements for the bar?

if your wedding date is not available but you love the venue, consider hosting your wedding during the weekday or on Sunday.
Outdoor Wedding
Is there a backup plan in case of inclement weather?
Is a tent provided or will you have to rent one?
What facilities are offered for guest restrooms?
Do you have to rent portable restrooms?
Are there ample rooms available for you and the wedding party to change in?
Indoor Wedding
Is there ample seating for your guests to watch the ceremony?
Is the reception at the same location? If not factor time for guests.
